The Neuse Little Theater will be performing The Dixie Swim Club, a play written by Jessie Jones, Nicholas Hope, and Jamie Wooten; and directed by Ruth Mills. The Dixie Swim Club is a comedy about five Southern women, whose friendships began on their college swim team. Every August, they set aside a long weekend to recharge those relationships. Free from husbands, kids, and jobs, they meet at the same beach cottage on North Carolina's Outer Banks to catch up, laugh, and meddle into each others' lives. The play focuses on four weekends that span a period of thirty-three years, and shows how the women rely on one another through the changes they face in their lives. Tickets for the show will be $30.
